Outstanding jamon.

A superb paleta with a beautifully balanced flavour, as good as the Joselito. Highly recommended. I was also attracted by the absence of nitrites, though I do not know if these do you any harm.

Adquirí una paletilla maldonado bellota ya que en dos ocasiones había tenído la oportunidad de provar esta, y probar el jamón "maldonado", y lo cierto es que sin estar mala, tampoco le pondría un 10, no os dije nada porqué no era mala, ni estaba en mal estado, pero no llegaba a la calidad que esperaba de un Maldonado.

Bon produit mais trop de parties grasse pas assez de viande dans l'épaule; le gout est excéllent on ne trouve pas ces produits en FRANCE.

The fat marbling across the meat was rancid and ruined the flavour of the product. It left a bad aftertaste in the mouth.

Para mi familia ha sido un auténtico descubrimiento. Yo no soy un esperto en jamón ni un conocedor del proceso de producción de los jamones, etc; pero los productos que hemos probado de Maldonado han sido una autentica delicia ( sobre todo el lomo ) . La paletilla estaba buenísima; y tras el último incidente con la paletilla Joselito, seguramente nos centremos en Maldonado.

My family has been a real discovery. I am not a Espert in ham and a connoisseur of the production process of the hams, etc., but the products we have tested Maldonado has been a real treat (especially the spine). The shoulder was very good, and after the last incident with the shoulder Joselito, we might focus on Maldonado.
