Great product & service

Product so far is fantastic, good layer of fat but I don't mind that. Only really started carving it last week so still a long way to go. I think it represents great value & the taste us superb so far.

Excelente la calidad de la paletilla por el precio que pagué, la pena y lo que le baja la puntuación es que traía más grasa del lo esperado aproximadamente la mitad de la pieza, hueso aparte.

Ho ricevuto con molta celerità' e cura i prodotti che ho ordinato per la prima volta da ibergour. Finora ho avuto modo di assaggiare la spalla di Jabugo de Bellota e devo dire che si tratta di un buon prodotto. È' arrivato velocemente e ben confezionato.

Poor leg of ham

I was really looking forward to this front leg as I have had friends from Spain who have given me presents before . Unfortunately this leg was just pure fat and I could not find any ham . I would have inserted a picture I have taken to prove this but unfortunately cannot in this review .

Best party piece

Ordered on a Monday in london arrived wednesday for a Friday party. Brilliant centrepiece everyone loved it absolutely delicious but maybe should have gone for a back leg as consumed all of it within 3 days and was hoping for some for a new year party too.

Ho acquistato 0,066 kg di prosciutto crudo iberico( non posso mettere in dubbio la sua bontà) pagandolo € 6,53 pari a 99,00 € al Kg. ma al momento dell'acquisto ho confuso il prezzo. Comunque è stata una piacevole esperienza.

En el mes de Noviembre de 2010 adquirí una paleta de recebo de Sanchez Romero Carvajal que por lo visto era del 2009 y a pesar de su buena calidad al empezar la zona de la contramaza, he notado zonas excesivamente resecas, como si llevasen mucho tiempo de curación. Esto se repitió en la zona de la maza, donde no puedo dejar de cortar ya que tambien existen zonas demasiado resecas.
