One of the best chorizos I ever tried. Dry, lots of chilly pepper, great taste. I sincerely enjoyed it to the last slice.
Amazing!!! It was on my kitchen table only for 2 weeks, it smelled like heaven and no one could pass without cutting a slice. We all put on couple of extra kilos.
It was some little amount of water in the package and meat wasn't properly chopped. There were some unchewable pieces inside. I had to keep it in the fridge, though I normally don't do so.
To be frank I have tried better salchichon. It was slightly too fatty. But the amount of pepper was just right and taste was decent.
It's long, thin and sharp as it supposed to be. I didn't have any trouble cutting my delicious ham leg. Recommended.
Pretty basic wooden ham holder, but it does the job very well. good price-value. absolutely satisfied.
