Thirteen years ago, this couple and their four children moved to a small village in Valladolid in search of peace and quiet and a suitable place to develop their great passion: making signature cheeses.

Verbena is a small-format interpretation of traditional Castilian cheeses, to which several probiotic strains have been added to enrich the microbiota and make its aromatic profile more complex.

With a smooth and pleasant entry, it melts in the mouth and as it warms up, a balanced taste is perceived where the lactic nuances are complemented by the notes of nuts and sweets of a cheese that has been matured for a long time (4 to 5 months).
