We’ve selected one of the most prestigious anchovy brands in the industry for our customers: Díez (Don Bocarte Group). This Santoña-based company prepares its anchovies traditionally and with low salt content. They are caught in spring, when they are fattier, and salted for a minimum of six months. Then the skin and scales are removed, and the meat is separated from the spine. This is all done entirely by hand, with great care not to leave in any bones. Finally, they are canned in olive oil, ready to be enjoyed. The result of this traditional process is a natural product of superior quality. Each can contains 13 anchovy fillets and has a net weight of 85 grams..
This Manchego cheese is made from sheep’s milk and cured for over 6 months. It has a mild flavor with a slightly acidic taste. It can also be eaten as a dessert alongside quince, nuts, pine nuts or almonds. A fantastic cheese with an approximate weight of 400 gr.
