De jamben Est pour la 1er fois pas comme les autres que j’ai deja acheter.
Sur le cote un gout in peu moisissure et en plus tres sec.
Ce jambon me degout un peu.
Je trouve que c’est un peu triste.

Décevant, aucun fondant ni onctuosité si particulière à ce type de jambon habituellement. A se demander s'il a vraiment maturer les années annoncées !
