JAMON RESECO Y SALADISIMO,NO SE PODIA COMER.QUEDE MUY DECEPCIONADO DEBIDO A SU FAMA Y NUNCA PENSE QUE PUDIERAN ENVIARME COSA SEMEJANTE AUN PRECIO TAN EXAGERADO.IBERGOUR SE PORTO MUY BIEN Y ME FACILITO EL CAMBIO POR UN FREXNENSE,CASI AL MISMO PRECIO Y NO ESTA SALADO PERO NO ME ACABA DE CONVENCER.COMPRE DOS JOSELITOS AL MISMO TIEMPO Y LOS DOS ERAN IGUAL DE MALOS.EL SEGUNDO FREXNENSE AUN NO LO HE PROBADO,YA VEREMOS COMO SALE.FUE UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA.

HAM SALADISIMO parched, could not be eaten. Was very disappointed because of his fame and never thought anything like this could send PRICE STILL so exalted. IBERGOUR behaved very well and gave me change for a FREXNENSE, ALMOST THE SAME PRICE AND NOT SALTED BUT NOT CONVINCE ME JUST. BUY TWO AT THE SAME TIME JOSELITO and both were equally bad. THE SECOND FREXNENSE I still have not try it because see how it goes. Was a bad experience.

Una decepción total.A total disappointment.

Adquirí un jamón de 8 kg. Joselito, y tuve la mala suerte, que me resulto un jamón que no llegaba al nivel de poderlo clasificar de mediocre, pues, es un jamón malo, ¡no! malísimo. Era de una carne de color marrón, textura similar al cartón, salado, y sabor picante. ¡Vamos! un desastre de jamón.
Este hecho me ha demostrado, qué al final es lo mismo, comprar las piezas por valor de 500 Euros, que de 50 Euros, porque el valor a que se vendan los jamones no nos garantiza su máxima calidad.
Así, que a partir de hoy, en vez de adquirir un único jamón por valor de 500 Euros, me comprare cinco jamones de 100 Euros cada uno.
Esa es mi particular opinión, que he sacado de está, mi última mala experiencia.

La calidad era ínfima. El jamón estaba absolutamente seco en el interior, tan salado que hemos debido consumirlo para hacer caldos, sopas, cocidos o guisos similares por resultar imposible tomarlo en la forma habitual y carente de cualquier veta de grasa interior que hacen al buen jamón ibérico. En definitiva, un total desastre y un precio muy caro pagado por un producto que sólo ha servido para hacer caldos.
