Die Klammer macht, was sie soll. Läßt sich gut halten und der Schinken läßt sich damit hygienisch auf den Teller legen. Sinnvoll wäre eine kleine Aretierungsmöglichkeit, damit auch bei Nichtgebrauch die Klammer zusammengeklappt abgelegt werden könnte.
