I love the natural aged taste of this cheese! It tastes butter and nuts, and is not salty as so many cheeses are. Salty tasting cheese is a sign of lower quality... I favor and highly recommend this delicious cheese as the reference cheese standing out from the rest of raw unpasteurized aged sheep cheeses.

Obwohl ja nicht gerade ein Leichtgewicht, hält sich dieser Käselaib bei uns maximal für zwei Personen nur knapp drei Wochen. Schon der Geruch-, wenn man nur in die Nähe kommt verführt dazu, immer wieder eine Scheibe dieses absoluten Spitzenprodukts zu jeder Tageszeit zu essen.
Diesen Käse werden wir immer wieder bei ibergour kaufen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
