Irish chronicler Cormac records that Irish pigs were fed on acorns.
A famous Irish landmark is Muic na Dubh or the Black Pig’s Dyke seperating ancient Ulster from the rest of Ireland. It is another of the myths about ferocious animals that make little distinction between pigs and boars. In this category may be Seth vs. Osiris in Egypt, Mars vs .
