die Eichelmast ist deutlich herauszuschmecken. Dieser Panceta ist wesentlich aromatischer als beispielsweise italienischer, den es gelegentlich in verschiedener Form beim Discounter gibt. Der Speck eignet sich kleingehackt und mit weiteren Zutaten prima als Füllung für den Fasan, oder einfach auf´s Brot - ich werde ihn wieder bestellen.
